Health Check:

A health check is a full diagnostics of the hardware and software of the computer. Malicious software scans as well as malicious software removal are carried out. We install software for future protection, and also offer advice on upgrades for future proofing your computer.

*Windows Operating System Reinstall:

An operating system reinstall is exactly what it says on the tin. If your OS is corrupted or damaged or the computer is just running slow, an OS reinstall will remove all programs, viruses and data.
If you required data recovery/backup there is an extra charge. Please see "Data Recovery."

We offer to reinstall Windows 10 and 11. If you are on Windows 7 or 8, we suggest that you let Elite upgrade your device  to Windows 10 or 11 depending on your preference.
