Pricing Plans

One-Off Remote Support
​This session will last up to 30 minutes with the main aim of the session to diagnose the main fault and to fix if possible.
​If a fix can not be achieved the you will be asked to bring the PC / laptop into the shop for repair.

£40inc VAT

Watchdog Subscription
​This subscription will allow you access to our remote support service any time* during our shop working hours which are: Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 5:00
If a fix can not be achieved, you will be asked to bring the PC / laptop in to the shop for repair.
All labour for instore repairs are also covered so you can have confidence that your PC will always be running as efficiently as possible.

What is Remote Support?

Remote support for computers is the use of specialised software that allows controlled access between two or more PCs through TCP/IP protocols over the Internet. Various levels of access can be taken and granted. Some pieces of software are meant for viewing only, whereas others can allow the support technician to use their keyboard and mouse over the same protocol allowing more hands-on and practical support for your convenience

There are several benefits to remote support for both the client and the company. The key benefit being efficiency, as most diagnoses require a technician to see the issue at hand or to use the system that is having issues. Remote support allows this without having to disconnect the PC and physically take it to the repair shop. This leaves the possibility that a fix can be undertaken at that moment, reducing downtime and cost.
