Call-Outs

We understand that sometimes bringing the PC to us is just not an option or perhaps it is a problem with your home internet. For these situations we offer our call-out service.

Our home call-outs cover a whole range of IT problems including but not limited to;

• Internet / networking problems
• Printer issues
• Common PC / laptop problems

As some repairs take time to complete our technician may opt to bring the PC back to the shop to complete the repair and then return the equipment once repaired.
