Windows 10/11 Update causing Blue Screens, BitLocker Recovery Triggers, and More

Microsoft's optional KB5043145 update for Windows 11 22H2 and Windows 10 which released in early September, is causing significant issues. Users have reported serious stability problems, including repeated restarts, blue screens, devices becoming unresponsive, and BitLocker recovery being triggered. Additional issues include glitches with USB, Wi-Fi, and the Windows Subsystem for Linux 2, as well as computers failing to boot after installing the update.

While the update introduces some useful features, such as sharing local files directly from search results and improvements to Microsoft Edge, these benefits are overshadowed by the technical problems.
