Watchdog Subscription
This subscription will allow you access to our remote support service any time* during our shop working hours which are: Monday - Saturday 9:00 - 5:30 If a fix can not be achieved the you will be asked to bring the PC/Laptop in to the shop for repair. All labour for instore repairs are also covered so you can have confidence that your PC will always be running as efficiently as possible. What is Remote support?
Remote Support for computers is the use of specialised software that allows controlled access between two or more PCs through TCP/IP protocols over the Internet, various level of access can be taken and granted, some pieces of software are meant for viewing only, whereas others can allow the support technician to use their keyboard and mouse over the same protocol allowing more hands on and practical support for your convenience
There are many benefits to Remote Support for both the Client and the Company the key benefit being efficiency, as most diagnoses require a technician to see the issue at hand or at least use the system that is having issues, Remote access allows this without having to disconnect the PC and physically take it to the repair centre. This leaves the possibility that a fix can be undertaken at that moment, reducing downtime and cost.
